Server - GrandStream SIP intercom server configuration

SIP SERVER UCM6202

  • Connect using a browser (Google Chrome, IE, etc.)
  • Click “Continue to the site”
  • Login: admin
  • Password: Conduent01


Change IP Address

  • Go to System Settings / Network Settings


Example Configuration

  • Chief terminal: extension 1000
  • BSM2: extension 1002
  • BSM4: extension 1004


Creating an Extension

  • Click the "edit" button next to extension 1001
  • Set a password (e.g., E1001) – this will be used when configuring the ET908SIP
  • Go to the Function tab if you want to enable call forwarding
  • Select “Custom number” if forwarding to a phone number
  • Select “Extension” if forwarding to another chief terminal
  • Click Save once configuration is complete
  • Repeat for all necessary extensions (usually just the one receiving calls)



Verify Analog Trunk Presence



Setting Up Call Forwarding (if no answer)

  • Go to Outgoing Routes, click Edit
  • Prefix the phone number with an underscore ( _ )



Forward All Calls Based on Time of Day

  • Configure Office Hours
  • Then configure the concerned extension (e.g., chief terminal)
  • Create a second outgoing route using the desired forwarding number
  • Example:
  • - Between 10:35 and 17:30, equipment calls extension 1000
  •   - If unanswered → forwards to 014132xxxx
  • - Outside office hours → directly calls 061199xxxx



Final Steps

  • Click Apply when all settings are complete
  • Reboot the device
  • Don’t forget to plug the telephone line into the Fx01 port on the GrandStream



ET908 SIP Configuration

  • Change IP address via IPconfig
  • Access via browser
  • Login: admin
  • Password: SIPstation93400!



SIP Settings

  • User ID = extension number
  • Authentication = extension number
  • Password = password set for the GrandStream extension
  • Proxy = SIP server (GrandStream address); default is E + extension number (e.g., E1001)
  • If no SIP server:
  • - Uncheck Registration enabled
  • - Remove Proxy
  • - (Used in configurations with only ET908 and EE980 chief terminal)



Phonebook Menu

  • Click Add
  • Direct Call Button → select “button 0”
  • Destination = chief terminal number


Relay Output Settings

  • Click Apply
  • Go to System → System Settings → Reboot



Chief Terminal EE980 Configuration

  • Connect via browser
  • Login: admin
  • Password: commend



IP Address Change

  • As needed



SIP Menu

  • Enter password set in GrandStream for extension 1000 (default: E + extension number, e.g., E1000)



Phonebook

  • Add all your devices
  • Click Apply to save
