Step 1: Set Resolution in Windows Display Settings
Go to Windows display settings and set the screen resolution to 800x600.
Step 2: Set Resolution in Graphic Properties
Open the Graphic Properties and go to the Display menu. Configure the screen resolution:
- Set resolution to 800x600.
- Select 'Keep screens up'.
- Confirm with the round check mark.
Step 3: Adjust ParamEqu Settings
Before continuing, stop the POF application. Then in ParamEqu → Software menu → Design Configuration, select the option '19 inches NOTA' and save the settings.
Press OK and close the configuration window.
Important Notes
• If you're working remotely, close and reopen the VNC session, as resolution changes may not reflect correctly.
• Some options in ParamEqu → Hardware may be hidden at 800x600. Switch back to 1366x768 if needed, then return to 800x600 afterward.
Step 4: Launch POF and Verify Full Screen
After configuration, launch the POF application. The welcome screen should appear in full screen without margins.
If the screen still has margins, proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Configure BIOS Settings
Enter the BIOS settings using the DEL or F2 key at boot. Then follow these steps:
- Go to the Chipset menu.
- Set LCD Panel Type to: 800x600 & 18 bit.
- Save and exit using F10.
