Step 1: Check the Version
Place your mouse cursor over the red icon with the green arrow located on the taskbar to check the Multipark version.
Step 2: Stop the Multipark Service
If the version is 15.2.X, right-click the icon and select 'Stop MULTIPARK'.
Confirm the action by clicking 'Yes'.
The arrow on the icon will begin blinking red to indicate that the stopping process is in progress.
Step 3: Kill Remaining Processes
After 10 seconds, run the batch file 'killPro.bat' as Administrator. It is located in the directory:
E:\affaire\MULTIPARK\S_Central\ucmono\exec
A black MSDOS window should appear, showing that processes are being terminated.
Once the process is complete, the red icon will stop blinking.
Also confirm that the MSDOS icon disappears from the taskbar. This confirms that all services are fully stopped.

Step 4: Restart the Multipark Service
To restart the service, right-click on the icon again and select 'Start MULTIPARK'.
The arrow will now blink in green.
The service is fully operational again when the icon stops blinking and displays a solid green arrow.
